TB1 Lacrosse was founded out of necessity. We know there are plenty of tournaments, showcases, and camps for athletes to gain exposure in the recruiting realm during the summer and fall months. I personally have spent years attending and coaching at them. That being said, once the event ends, there isn’t much assistance with how to navigate the process once the final whistle blows… how to capitalize off the field on the successes you’ve had during these events. 

 

With over a decade in the lacrosse space both playing and working professionally, our experience spans numerous different areas. Our goal is to provide a unique, all-encompassing perspective on the recruiting process as a whole. 

 

TB1 Lacrosse takes a consultative approach to recruiting. With Troy’s first hand experience in the space via his own recruiting and connections, as well as his current full time job as a sales recruiter, TB1 is able to assist prospective college athletes and families throughout the recruiting cycle.
